Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of the order date. Be sure to include your name and invoice number in your package. Please note that Palmetto Moonshine will not pay for return shipping, nor will the original shipping cost be reimbursed unless you received a damaged or incorrect item. We suggest that you ship your returned item through an insured and trackable carrier as Palmetto Moonshine is not responsible for items you ship that are lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be received in their original condition. This means that any returned items should not be opened, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All original tags must remain attached. We do not issue refunds. A credit will be issued to you within 2 business days once we receive your return.
Under normal circumstances, your exchange will not be processed until we receive the returned item. We ask that you notify us ahead of time what you would like to receive in exchange for your returned item so we may reserve it for you. If you need your new item sooner, we are able to place a temporary charge on your credit card for your new item right away at your request. Once the original item is received, we will refund your credit card. As with returns, exchanged items must be returned in their original condition.
